He is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of MATTERS (Medication for Addiction Treatment & Electronic Referrals) an innovative, multi-state program offering resources to efficiently link patients to treatment, increase access to medication for addiction treatment, provide access to emergency telemedicine evaluations, and provide harm reduction supplies.
